So exciting to introduce the empathic attunement workshop/group. This has been long requested, and it’s finally here. This workshop will start from a supervision base, which involves at least two participants bringing client work by embodying their clients. The other participants will take turns to resonate and attune in a very dynamic way, taking turns to be the therapist, which requires all participants to stay attuned the entire time. It will involve a lot of pausing, rewinding and coaching in order to fine-tune our empathic skills.
The second exercise will involve working with a client embodying and then pausing to get responses from all participants, and then checking the fit with the ‘client’, reflecting towards implicit core pain.
We need 4 to 6 participants to go ahead with the workshop, which will take 2 hours. The cost is £35 per participant.
