The ERA workshop for December will be all in one instead of two levels. We will start by distilling what we have created as a process diagram in Levels 1 and 2 in November, and then create several practice runs to help with increasing deep presence and awareness, slowing down, going inside, getting the felt sense, and crafting responses that fit with the felt sense while also communicate in the most effective way possible.
As usual, the cost is £32 per participant for a single workshop, payable at the end of the calendar month. Depending on any other workshops you’ve signed up for, here’s the structure of that payment (you can add a 30 minute short supervision to the workshops, which would count as one workshop):
• 1 workshop: £32
• 2 workshops: £55
• 3 workshops: £85
• 4 workshops: £100
